Ultralight fabric is a material, typically synthetic, that is exceptionally lightweight, often with a weight of 50 g/m2 or less. These fabrics are prized for their strength-to-weight ratio, making them suitable for applications where weight is a critical factor, such as in ultralight backpacking gear.
