As we all know that Cordura is a brand of synthetic fiber-based fabrics used in products such as luggage, backpacks, trousers, military wear, and performance apparel. This was developed and trademarked by E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) in 1929; but now it is currently owned by Invista, a subsidiary of Koch Industries.
The fabric we are doing is 500D cordura nylon6.6 fabric and it raw material is imported from Invista (Singapore). But our fabric is dyed by piece dye, not solution dye same to cordura. The yarn type, material ,weave , fabric strength and abrasion resistance etc are same to cordura.
This kind of the fabric(500D cordura) is a very versatile material for military bags, Bulletproof vest,tank covers and many other military applications and end-uses. This highly durable water repellent fabric weighs about 6.5 ounces per square yard and the textured nylon has excellent resistance to fading, abrasion, rot resistance and mildew.With Screen printed by camo pattern and is highly water repellent by one side pu coated.
